General Exchange/Refunds
Exchange or refund is permitted on manufacturer sealed items within 14 days of the original purchase date. Original receipt or proof of purchase is required. Exchange or refund on opened items is only permitted on manufacturer defective items. Maverick Cards And Games reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.
 
Lost Packages
Maverick Cards And Games is not responsible for any lost packages. There are expedited shipping options at checkout that include tracking numbers and full insurance on your order. If you have any questions about this process or our shipping options, please contact us!

All sealed trading card products are final sale.
 
Singles
All single cards are final sale.
 
Terms of refund payment
Refund payments are issued after I receive and process your return. You will receive your refund within 20 business days. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
